FAQ

We request that you show up NO LATER than 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour. This allows time for everyone in your group to get properly checked in and use the restroom before your tour starts. If you arrive late or do not show up and are not checked in for your scheduled tour time, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation as these tickets cannot be resold to other riders. Unfortunately, Glacier Ziplines cannot guarantee that we can get you on the next tour or even reschedule your tour for the same day. Please do your best to arrive at least 30 minutes early as we do want everyone to be able to enjoy their scheduled Zipline Canopy Tour.

Cancellations MUST be made 96 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a refund. No shows are charged 100% of the booking price.

A Zipline Canopy Tour tests your fear of heights and your trust in the gear and guides. It is part of our guides’ training to help manage both of these risks. The canopy tour begins with flight school. This is to test your ability to follow instructions and get you comfortable in your harness so you learn to trust your equipment and your guide. If you are at all uncomfortable or scared you should check in with one of your guides before moving on to the main zipline course. There is no refund if an individual or group decides not to go right before the tour begins.

Just like any other activity, there are inherent risks; you’ll be testing your fear of heights, your fingers could get pinched, etc. Ziplining does require some active participation from each rider and listening to your guides’ riding instructions is important. The guides at Glacier Ziplines are trained to make sure you have as much fun as possible while managing the risks that ziplining could potentially pose.

We strongly recommend making reservations. We are typically fully booked up about 2 days in advance. We do try to take walk-ins, but cannot guarantee you a spot as soon you arrive, or even that day, if we are fully booked. We encourage you to book online anytime or call during normal business hours. If it is during the off season, you can still book your zipline tour online for the following season.
